Developed in 1992 by CTI, and meanwhile provided in 13 countries all over the world, Co-Active® Coaching is widely recognized as the most dynamic in the industry. ICF-accreditation proofs its high quality and generates transparency in today's fragmented coach training market.

What is Co-Active® Coaching?

Co-Active® Coaching is a non-directive coaching approach for business and life coaching. Based on a unique, proactive alliance between coach and client, it enables and empowers the client to develop and grow in order to reach own goals.

How does the training work?

Coaching skills are delivered in a holistic, hands-on way, based on the method of experiential learning. Participants learn through constant practice and exercise.
Teaching and feedback are delivered by two ICF- and CTI-certified coaches and leaders. All leaders have their own coaching-practice and bring in long-term experience in global business-matters.

Who is addressed?

Prospective and experienced coaches who want to complete an accredited coach-training,
Human resource developers, managers and leaders who want to achieve new skills for activating and developing personnel,
Consultants and Trainers enlarge their competencies in order to support individual learning processes of their clients

Co-Active® Coaching - The Training

The training consists of 5 three-day-modules:

  • Fundamentals (foundational coaching skills)
  • Fulfillment (value-based coaching, visions, dealing with resistance)
  • Balance (Making/enabling powerful choices, changing perspectives)
  • Process (Being in the moment and dealing with emotions)
  • In the Bones (Integration of the three principles, building own authentic coaching style)

Duration: 116 hours within approximately 6 months
Language: English, German
The training is ICF-accredited, ACTP
We also offer in-company training.
